A. Alteration: Whenever any house or building shall have been numbered or renumbered in accordance with the provisions of this chapter the number shall not be changed or altered without the consent of the director of community development.
B. Readjustment: In all cases where numbers have been assigned on any street in pursuance of this chapter it shall be the duty of the director of community development thereafter to adjust and reassign the numbers as may be required from time to time and in all cases where there is a mistake or conflict in numbers the director of community development shall direct and make proper adjustment of same.
