In every building or structure hereafter erected, whenever the property being built on is zoned to the R-4 Central Core Multiple-Family District or C-5 Central Business District or is part of a planned unit development, as provided in the Zoning Code of the City, all utility distribution lines for telephone, gas, electric and cable service to be installed shall be placed underground within easements or dedicated public ways. The installation of such facilities shall be made in compliance with the applicable orders, rules, regulations and laws of the State of Illinois and the agencies thereof. (Ord.
