It shall be a violation of this code for a person to drive a motor vehicle if the person has been issued a driver's license or permit which has expired, and if the period of expiration is greater than six (6) months; or if the person has never been issued a driver's license or permit; or is not qualified to obtain a driver's license or permit because of his age; or if he is driving on a suspended driver's license. The minimum fine upon conviction or plea of guilty shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). (Ord. M-9-03, 2-18-2003)
