A. Comply With Zoning: It shall be unlawful for any person not so entitled to park a vehicle in a private parking space or lot, established voluntarily or pursuant to the Des Plaines zoning ordinance, to provide off-street parking facilities for the owner or his tenants, employees or invitees. B. Posted Parking Or Traffic Regulations On Private Property: It shall be unlawful to park or operate any motor vehicle in violation of parking or traffic movement regulations posted on private property for which there is an agreement for enforcement as provided by 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-209.
