1-9-2: APPLICABILITY:
All of the provisions of this chapter, except as otherwise indicated, apply to all city officials, whether paid or unpaid. With the exception of section 1-9-12 of this chapter, the provisions of this chapter do not apply to independent contractors. (Ord. M-28-16, 11-21-2016)
