7-4-11: TOWING DISABLED VEHICLES:
   A.   Any disabled vehicle being towed upon any street during the time between sunset and sunrise shall have a red light attached to the front of the disabled vehicle so as to be visible to anyone approaching such vehicle from either side. Such red light shall be in addition to any other light required to be carried by vehicles under the laws of this state.
   B.   It shall be unlawful to tow any motor vehicle upon any street if the connection is so arranged that the towing vehicle and the vehicle being towed are separated by more than eight feet (8') or less than four feet (4').
   C.   It shall be unlawful to tow any vehicle at a rate of speed in excess of fifteen (15) miles per hour. (5-21-51; amd. 11-21-60)
