7-3-7: PEDESTRIAN STANDING ON SIDEWALK:
It shall be unlawful for a pedestrian to stand upon any sidewalk except as nearly as is reasonably possible to the building line or the curb line, if such standing interferes with the use of said sidewalk for pedestrian travel. (2-20-39)
