6-2-14: INTOXICATING COMPOUNDS:

No person shall ingest, breathe, inhale, or drink any compound, liquid, or chemical for the purpose of inducing a condition of intoxication, stupefaction, or any manner changing, distorting, or disturbing the auditory, visual, or mental process. (Ord. M-26-02, 5-20-2002)
