6-2-12: INJURY TO BIRDS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to kill or wound, or attempt to kill or wound, by use of a firearm, slingshot, bow and arrow or otherwise, any bird other than English sparrows, or to take the eggs or young of any bird 1
