6-2-2-4: LETTING PREMISES FOR UNLAWFUL PURPOSES:
It shall be unlawful for any person to rent, use or allow to be used any building or property owned by him, for any purpose whereby riotous or disorderly persons are gathered. (1956 Code §29-6)
