5-4-2: VIOLATION:
   A.   Any premises within the city, that becomes a chronic nuisance property is in violation of this chapter and shall be subject to the rules and regulations contained in this chapter.
   B.   Any person in charge who permits a premises within the city to become a chronic nuisance property is in violation of this chapter and shall be subject to the rules and regulations contained in this chapter. (Ord. M-33-07, 10-15-2007)
