5-3-4: SUMMARY ABATEMENT:
Whenever any nuisance, whatever, shall be found on any premises, or elsewhere within the City, contrary to this Code, the Director of Community Development is hereby authorized, in his discretion, to cause the same to be summarily abated in such a manner as he may direct 1
