4-16-5: LOCATION:
Adult uses are permitted in an industrial district, including planned unit development areas provided:
   A.   No adult use shall be located within seven hundred fifty feet (750') of any property which is zoned or used for residences, churches, childcare centers, schools, parks, or from any other adult uses.
   B.   The distances above mentioned shall be measured from property boundaries. (Ord. M-19-13, 10-7-2013)
