4-16-4: LIQUOR LICENSING:
No liquor license shall be issued and no liquor, food, or beverages of any kind shall be sold or consumed on the premises of any adult use. No person under the age of twenty one (21) years shall be permitted on or in the premises of any adult use. (Ord. M-19-13, 10-7-2013)
