4-16-3: FEES:
   A.   The annual license fee for each adult use location shall be set forth in section 4-18-1 of this title.
   B.   A nonrefundable fee in the amount set forth in section 4-18-1 of this title per person listed in section 4-16-9 of this chapter to cover the cost of the criminal background check. (Ord. M-19-13, 10-7-2013)
