This chapter does not nullify any requirements adopted by other jurisdiction having authority over all or part of the matters covered herein; however, it shall be necessary to comply with, and the health officer shall enforce, the more stringent or restrictive requirements.
All parks within the corporate limits shall be constructed, operated or maintained so that they will at all times at least meet the minimum requirements of the Illinois mobile homes and mobile home parks act 1
