A. Title: This chapter shall be known as the MOBILE HOME PARK ORDINANCE.
B. Purpose: The purpose of this chapter is to establish minimum standards for the operation of mobile home parks, including development and facilities necessary therefor, in order to minimize contagion, ensure adequate light and air, provide safe and sanitary facilities and otherwise promote and protect the public health, safety, comfort and general welfare.
C. Jurisdiction: This chapter shall apply to all mobile home parks or any part thereof located within the city.
D. Enforcement: This chapter shall be administered and enforced by the health officer or an authorized representative, herein referred to as the health officer, who is hereby authorized to make all inspections and orders deemed necessary to assure compliance with the provisions hereof.
