4-11-1: COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:
No corporation, company or association which is not incorporated under the laws of the state of Illinois shall engage in effecting fire insurance in the city, or to transact any business of fire insurance in the city, without fully complying with the provisions of this chapter and 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-10-1.
