4-9-8: DENIALS AND APPEALS:
   A.   An application for a solicitation license may be denied if the applicant or any individual listed as a solicitor on the application was found to have violated any city ordinance, had a judgment filed against it in part or by another recognized agency, or had any license revoked, within twenty four (24) months of the application date.
   B.   Persons who are denied licenses or whose licenses have been suspended or revoked may appeal such decision in accordance with the procedures set forth in section 4-2-12 of this title. (Ord. M-58-16, 1-3-2017)
