It shall be the duty of all persons licensed hereunder, upon the demand of the City Health Officer, to furnish for inspection samples of all cigarettes, cigars or tobacco or alternative nicotine products in any form sold or offered for sale by them, and it shall be the duty of such person to keep their premises and buildings in a clean and sanitary condition. No person shall expose for sale, sell or offer for sale to any person, directly or indirectly, within the City, any cigarettes, cigars or tobacco or alternative nicotine products in any form containing opium, morphine, jimson weed, belladonna, strychnine, cocaine or any other poisonous or deleterious drug or drugs.
