4-4-20: DELIVERY TO RESIDENTIAL PREMISES:
A class B licensee may deliver alcoholic beverages to business and residential locations under the following conditions:
   A.   The delivery is made by a driver or employee who is certified as required by section 4-4-19 of this chapter and who makes deliveries.
   B.   The class B licensee must establish, in writing, rules and regulations acceptable to the mayor as local liquor control commissioner which observe statutory requirements and restrict the delivery of alcoholic beverages to persons of legal age to consume such liquor or beverages.
   C.   Copies of said rules and regulations acceptable to the mayor as liquor commissioner shall be approved by him or her, and shall be retained in the files of the city as proof thereof.
   D.   The failure of a class B licensee to observe said regulations shall be cause for the revocation of its liquor license subject to the applicable hearing provisions as required by law. (Ord. M-19-13, 10-7-2013)
