No person licensed under this chapter shall permit any employee, entertainer, model, dancer, independent contractor or patron to engage in any live act, demonstration, performance, or exhibition on the licensed premises which:
A. Exposes his genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region; or in which "specified anatomical areas", as more clearly defined in section 4-16-1 of this title, are less than completely and opaquely covered; or
B. Exposes any device, costume or covering which gives the appearance of or simulates the genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region; or
C. Exposes any portion of the female breast at or below the areola thereof; or
D. Allows the employee, entertainer, model, dancer, or independent contractor to be no closer than six feet (6') to any patron during the employee, entertainer, model, dancer, or independent contractor's live act, demonstration, performance, or exhibition on the licensed premises.
