4-4-14: EMPLOYMENT:

It shall be unlawful for any licensee or employee of the licensee to engage or employ or permit any person under the age of twenty one (21) to tend bar and to draw, pour or mix any alcoholic liquor in any licensed retail premises. (Ord. M-19-13, 10-7-2013)
