A. Prohibited Operations: No licensed business in the city may be operated:
1. In a manner that constitutes a nuisance in fact;
2. In violation of any zoning, building, fire, or health codes or any other applicable ordinances and regulations; or
3. In an unsanitary or unsafe manner.
B. Change Of Location: If a licensee desires to change the location of the place of business of the licensed business before the expiration of the license term, the licensee must provide the director of community and economic development with written notice no less than ten (10) days in advance of such proposed move. No licensed business shall be engaged in or conducted at a new location until notice of such change has been given as herein provided, and until such licensee shall have complied with all the provisions of this code relating to the conduct of such business at such new location, including the approval of the department head or official of the city who originally approved the application for said license and including compliance with all applicable zoning, building, fire, or health codes or other ordinances and regulations.
