No person shall operate a body art establishment in the city without fully complying with:
A. The provisions of this chapter;
B. Applicable provisions of this code and the zoning ordinance; and
C. Applicable state regulations including, without limitation, the Tattoo and Body Piercing Establishment Registration Act, 410 ILCS 54, and the Illinois Department of Public Health’s Body Art Code, 77 Ill. Adm. Code 797, as each may be amended from time to time. (M-29-20, 11-2-2020)
