A. Licenses Required: It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct, engage in, maintain, operate, or manage a business for which a license is required by any provision of this code, without first having obtained a license for such business.
B. Registration: Any business maintaining or operating a place of business in the city shall also be required to register its place of business pursuant to chapter 1 of this title.
C. Multiple Licenses: If any business falls into more than one of the categories requiring a license under this title, a separate license shall be obtained for each category. Building contractors engaging in multiple building trades will only be required to obtain a single building contractor's license. (Ord. M-19-13, 10-7-2013)
