No registered place of business in the city may be operated or used:
A. In a manner that constitutes a nuisance in fact;
B. In violation of any local zoning, building, fire, or health codes or any other applicable ordinances and regulations, or any state or federal laws, rules, or regulations;
C. In an unsanitary or unsafe manner, or
D. Without first obtaining all required licenses or certificates required by the State of Illinois. (Ord. M-19-13, 10-7-2013; amd. Ord. M-9-22, 4-4-2022)
