A. Any change to or deviation from an approved landscape plan shall require the approval of the zoning administrator. Changes which do not conform to this chapter shall be subject to the procedures for a variance as established in section 12-3-6
, “Variations”, of this title.
B. Landscape improvements made to a lot that are not in conformance with an approved landscape plan shall be a violation of this title and subject to the procedures of chapter 4
