Elected city officials shall complete an annual training program designated by the City concerning the prevention of discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment. Allegations of sexual harassment by an elected city official by another elected city official shall be reported to the ethics officer, who will provide for the conducting of an independent review of any such allegations.
