3-6-1: DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED:
There is hereby established the department of public works and engineering. The department shall consist of the director of public works and engineering and such other employees as may be provided for by the city council in its annual appropriation ordinance and budget. (Ord. M-31-09, 7-20-2009)
