15-6-8: CONFLICTS:
The provisions of title 1, chapter 15, "Locally Imposed And Administered Tax Rights And Responsibilities", of this code are incorporated into and made a part of this chapter. In the event that any of the provisions of this chapter conflict with the provisions of title 1, chapter 15 of this code, title 1, chapter 15 of this code shall prevail. (Ord. M-19-13, 10-7-2013)
