15-6-7: PROCEEDS OF TAX AND FINES:
All proceeds resulting from the imposition of the tax under this chapter, including penalties, shall be paid into a special, segregated account which the city shall establish and into which it shall deposit the proceeds resulting from the imposition of the tax hereunder. (Ord. M-19-13, 10-7-2013)
