15-6-6: SUSPEND OR REVOKE CITY LICENSES:
If a court of competent jurisdiction finds that any person has wilfully avoided payment of the tax imposed by this chapter, the director of finance may suspend or revoke all city licenses held by such person. (Ord. M-19-13, 10-7-2013)
