2-4-1: ESTABLISHMENT OF BOARD:
There is hereby established a board of local improvements, which shall consist of six (6) members, of which board the director of public works shall be the president. The other members of the board shall be the city engineer and the city clerk. (Ord. M-29-65, 12-20-1965; amd. 2002 Code)
