It shall be lawful for any person to store or otherwise keep on any premises a travel trailer, or camper upon any area; provided, that said trailer or camper be stored as near as possible to the back of the premises. It further shall be lawful for any person to keep and maintain a travel trailer or camper upon any premises to be used for occupancy as dwelling or sleeping space for any period not to exceed two weeks in duration.
