§ 9-702 REGULATIONS, HOW CITED; SUPPLEMENTAL; EXCEPTIONS.

(A) The provisions of this article shall be known and may be cited as the “Vacant, Abandoned and Neglected Property Regulations” and shall be supplemental and in addition to any other laws of the state or the city.

(B) This article shall not apply to property owned by the federal government, the state or any political subdivision thereof.
