§ 9-621 VIOLATION; PENALTY.
   Any person upon whom a duty is placed by the provisions of this article, who shall fail, neglect or refuse to perform such duty or who shall violate any of the provisions of this article, for which a penalty is not otherwise specifically provided, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $100; and each day that a violation of any section of this article continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense and shall be punishable as such; provided, if the defendant be a licensed electrician the judgment of conviction may also include a provision for the revocation of defendant’s license for such time as the police magistrate shall determine.
