§ 9-620 LICENSE OR PERMIT; REVOCATION, PENALTY, CUMULATIVE.
   (A)   Every license and permit granted under the provisions of this article may be revoked after reasonable notice and hearing by the Mayor and Council whenever any licensee or holder of any permit fails, neglects or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this article. This penalty shall be cumulative and in addition to the penalties prescribed for the violation of the provisions of this article.
   (B)   When the license of any electrician shall have been revoked by said Mayor and Council as herein provided, the fact of said revocation shall be made a matter of record in the proceedings of the Council by the City Clerk. When a license is revoked, a new license shall not again be granted to the holder thereof for a period of at least 30 days.
