Upon the completion of the installation of any electric apparatus, the electrician installing the same shall notify the Electrical Inspector, or his or her deputy, who shall inspect such electric apparatus and the installation thereof, and, if all of the provisions of this article have been complied with, then the Electrical Inspector, or his or her deputy, shall issue a certificate of approval, which certificate of approval shall certify that such electric apparatus has been installed in accordance with the provisions of this article.
