§ 9-609 ELECTRICIAN; LICENSE; MAINTENANCE PERMITS.
   No person shall install any electric apparatus within the corporate limits of said city without first having obtained a license to do so as hereinafter provided. Any person regularly employed by any person to care for and attend to the electrical apparatus used in connection with the business of his or her employer may, upon application to the Electrical Inspector and upon satisfying said Inspector that he or she is competent and qualified to attend to such electrical apparatus, be issued a maintenance permit to attend to and care for said apparatus; provided, that maintenance permits shall not be transferable, nor shall the receipt of any maintenance permit be entitled to install electrical apparatus for any person other than his or her employer whose electrical apparatus he or she attends.
