§ 9-608 ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR; RECORDS, ANNUAL REPORT.
   The Electrical Inspector shall keep a full and complete record of all work done, permits issued, examinations made or other official work performed, as required by this article, and shall annually make a full and detailed report thereof to the Council at the first regular meeting in April. Said records shall be the property of the city, shall be so arranged as to afford prompt information concerning the condition and general arrangement of any electrical equipment at the time of the Inspector’s last visit and shall be filed in an orderly manner in the office of the Light Department Cashier.
