The provisions of this article shall apply to all installments of electrical material, fittings, devices, appliances, fixtures and apparatus hereafter referred to as electrical equipment within all public, commercial, industrial and residential buildings of over four living units. Required electrical inspection shall pertain to new construction, building additions and remodeling work.
