§ 7-105 OBSTRUCTION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct the use of a fire hydrant or have or place any material within 15 feet of said hydrant. Any vehicle or material found to be an obstruction may be immediately removed by the Fire Chief or any member of the Fire Department at the risk, cost and expense of the owner or claimant.
