§ 5-717 DRIVING ON SHOULDERS OF HIGHWAY.
   No person shall drive on the shoulders of highways, except that vehicles may be driven onto the shoulders of roadways by federal mail carriers while delivering the United States mail or to safely remove a vehicle from traffic lanes and implements of husbandry may be driven onto the shoulders of roadways.
