§ 5-704 SPEED; RESIDENTIAL.

No person shall operate a motor vehicle on any street, alley or other place within the Residential District at a rate of speed greater than 25 mph or at any speed exceeding that which is reasonable for the conditions unless a different rate of speed is specifically permitted by ordinance.
