§ 5-413 ABANDONED VEHICLES; RESTRICTED ON CITY PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person shall park or leave standing any abandoned or unlicensed vehicle on any street, sidewalk, terrace or on any city property within a residential area at any time nor for any period of time.
   (B)   No person shall park or leave standing any licensed vehicle on any sidewalk at any time nor for any period of time.
   (C)   No person shall park or leave standing any licensed vehicle on any terrace except where specifically permitted by resolution of the Mayor and Council; and where so permitted, no person shall park or leave standing any licensed vehicle for more than 72 hours. For the purpose of this section, TERRACE shall be defined as the space on each side of a street between the sidewalk and the property line.
   (D)   No person shall park or leave standing any licensed vehicle on the traveled portion of any street or on city property for more than 72 hours.
   (E)   Any vehicle so parked or left standing where so prohibited or for more than the permitted time limits shall be presumptively abandoned.
   (F)   For the purpose of this section, RESIDENTIAL AREA shall be determined in accordance with the zoning map of the city.
