§ 5-407 MAXIMUM TIME LIMIT.
   (A)   The parking of a vehicle or trailer, as hereinafter defined, on a public street for over 48 consecutive hours is unlawful.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      TRAILER. Any device without motive power designed for carrying persons or property and being towed by a motor vehicle and so constructed that no part of its weight rests upon the towing vehicle.
      VEHICLE. Every device designed to transport any person or property upon a highway, except devices moved solely by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks.
