§ 5-402 DESIGNATION.
   The governing body may by resolution designate any street, or portion thereof, where vehicles shall be parked parallel with and adjacent to the curb or where vehicles shall be parked at an angle. Where stalls are designated either on the curb or pavement, vehicles shall be parked within such stalls.
