A schedule of rates for monthly garbage services for all customers of the Municipal Utilities Department is hereby established as follows.
(A) Weekly residential pickup. $19.50 per customer with a 90-gallon container.
(B) Single/senior rate.
(1) A single/senior rate of $18.75 with a 45-gallon container per customer will be offered to customers with less usage than that contemplated by the 90-gallon container provided. Regulations for qualifications based upon the age of the customer and past usage will be established by the city and the contractor.
(2) Any customer wishing to be considered for this rate shall make application therefor to the City Clerk and shall be required to provide their own container, with maximum storage capacity of 45 gallons.
(C) Commercial pickup.
