§ 4-307 MUNICIPAL TREE AND YARD WASTE DISPOSAL SITE.
   (A)   Establishment of site. The city shall designate a site for the disposal of trees and yard waste for use by residents of the municipality.
   (B)   Waste disposal allowed. The only waste that may be disposed of at said site, without exception, consists of trees, grass clippings, hedge clippings, branches, grass, leaves and other yard waste.
   (C)   Prohibited waste disposal. All other waste is prohibited. Specifically, garbage, rubbish, waste and special refuse as defined in § 4-301; and dead animals, manure or other waste of any nature except as set forth in subsection (B) above, shall not be disposed of at the municipal tree and yard waste disposal site.
   (D)   Violation; penalty. Any person who shall violate, disobey, fail, neglect or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $500 for each such offense.
